Return Requirements

• Item must be in original condition (unused, unassembled, with tags/packaging)
• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective/wrong)

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Damaged/misused items

2. Pack item securely in original packaging
3. Ship to our return address (provided upon approval)

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
